J. Cesar Calderon.

Julio Cesar was born in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, México and obtained his law degree from the Law School of Universidad de Sinaloa in 1997.  His principal professional and academic development has taken place in the city of Tijuana since 1999.  Having finished his Academia curriculum, Cesar Calderon is currently a Candidate to receive a Master Degree in Foreign Trade Law at the Tecnológico de Baja California, where he has also been teaching several law courses.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Cesar specializes in Foreign trade law, judicial process, Administrative, Civil and commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

In August of 2004 Cesar Calderón joined the firm IBLC Abogados, S.C. as an Associate of the Tijuana offices.

From October 2003 to July of 2004 he worked in Tijuana for the law firm of Inmobiliaria y Servicios Jurídicos Profesionales.

From March of 1999 to date, Cesar has been a Professor of law teaching an arrey of legal subjects at Tecnológico de Baja California, CETYS Universidad, UNIVER Universidad, Centro de Estudios Universitarios Superiores Del Noroeste y la Universidad de las Californias.

From 1997 to 2001 he attained significant expertise in Managerial and Human Resources positions at several northern companies in México.

LANGUAGES

Cesar speaks Spanish and he is fifty percent fluent in English.
