Eduardo Manuel was born in Mexicali, Baja California. He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. He holds a Master Degree in International Corporate Law from Universidad Iberoamericana, Northwest. Eduardo has been associated with IBLC Abogados, S.C. since June of 2003, handling matters for the firm in the city of Mexicali.

He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, amparo, administrative law, real estate, corporate law and foreign trade.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
From 2000, Eduardo has acted as Legal Advisor to Commercial Notary No. 15 in Mexicali, and has been teaching several legal courses in civil law and constitutional law at the Law School and Accounting School at CETYS Mexicali.
Additionally, Eduardo Manuel has participated in Diploma and other legal specialty courses in the areas of family law, constitutional law, Private International Law, Foreign Trade and International Contracts.
