PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mr. Palacio graduated with honors from Law School at Universidad Autonoma de Baja California campus Tijuana (1994).

His career began in 1992 as legal assistant for the law firm CREEL, GARCIA-CUELLAR & MUGGENBURG, S.C., in its Tijuana’s office. In this law firm he developed his corporate law practice.

In 1993, Mr. Palacio joined International Business Legal Consultants, Inc. in San Diego California, as Mr. Alfredo Andere-Mendiolea, President of such firm which was oriented to International and Mexican Practice.

In 1994, Mr. Andere-Mendiolea, invited Mrs. Palacio to form part of his new Mexican Law Firm in Tijuana, Krasovsky-Andere,S.C., where his practice centered on Corporate and Administrative Law procedures.

In 1997, returned to join his practice with Mr. Andere-Mendiolea in San Diego, under International Business Legal Consultants, Inc.

In 1998, Mr. Palacio accepted and invitation by the State’s of Baja California General Attorney where he attained his Asset based crime expertise.

In 1998, Mr. Palacio joined the Law Firm Cervantes-Quijano, S.C., in Tijuana, where he gain valuable experience in providing all sort of legal services and establishing companies under Maquila Programs.

In May of 2002, upon the reopening of the IBLC Abogados, S.C. offices in Tijuana, Mr. Palacio became a full time Senior Associate resident in the Tijuana Offices, practicing corporate law, civil and mercantile litigation and  diverse consultation for our clientele.

 LANGUAGES

Mr. Palacio is fluent in both Spanish and English, and has served as Certified Translator for the State of Baja California.
